The Southwest Ohio Trial Lawyers Association is a legal association committed to preserving and promoting an effective civil justice system for the citizens of Ohio, and throughout the country. Our goal is to serve individuals who have been injured by unsafe or unfair actions of others by advancing fair and equitable remedies for any damages made to an individual or property.
We invite members of the legal community to join us, including law students and established attorneys who share in our same mission statement and wish to exchange knowledge and insight. We truly believe our work serves the public good and the interests of justice.
Plaintiffs Organization Based in Cincinnati, OH
SWOTLA members represent plaintiffs in a wide range of areas, including personal injury, workers' compensation, products liability, professional negligence, Social Security disability, civil rights, employment rights, and unlawful discrimination. Besides creating a vibrant legal community that promotes an interchange of ideas and resources, our association also provides its members with many professional benefits.
